Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in the city of Lusail. As a Construction Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Oversee procurement of necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any onsite issues or challenges
- Manage a team of construction workers and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
1100$ per month
