- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new systems or upgrades
- Keep up-to-date with new technology developments in the field of networking

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP), hardware/software components, and security technologies (e.g. firewalls)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware)
- Familiarity with backup/recovery software (e.g. Veeam)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
