Carpenter - Bansko, Bulgaria



We are a construction company based in Bansko, Bulgaria seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and installing various structures and fixtures made of wood, such as cabinets, furniture, and building frameworks. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of different carpentry techniques and tools. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and determine materials needed
- Cut, shape and smooth lumber according to measurements
- Build wooden structures including walls, floors, and roofs
- Install fixtures such as windows, molding, and cabinets
- Repair damaged framework or structures
- Follow safety procedures when handling heavy machinery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use carpentry tools
- Excellent understanding of wood properties and other materials used in carpentry
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
