We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of concrete structures such as buildings, roads, and bridges. Your main duties will include mixing and pouring concrete, smoothing and finishing surfaces, and following safety protocols to prevent accidents.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with concrete and possess strong physical stamina. Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and pour concrete to required consistency
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Build wooden or metal molds for pouring concrete
- Align forms for sidewalks, curbs or gutters; patch voids; use saws to cut expansion joints
- Operate power vibrator to compact concrete
- Break up and repair old concrete surfaces using chisels or jackhammers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixtures and their applications
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
