Database Administrator - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are in search of a skilled Database Administrator to manage and maintain our company's database systems in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing database policies and procedures, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database structures and systems to meet the company's needs
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
- Troubleshoot any issues with the database system and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain data backup and recovery plans
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate access controls
- Collaborate with other teams to identify database requirements for new projects or upgrades
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as data backups, updates, and patches
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in SQL language and experience with various database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong understanding of database design principles, data structures, and data modeling techniques
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security measures, and performance tuning strategies
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
