A leading retail company in El-Ain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser from Nepal to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in merchandising, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and efficiently to maximize sales. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1300$, and accommodation will be provided.

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Experience in merchandising required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales
- Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and labeled correctly
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company policies

Qualifications:
