We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Remish, Philippines. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and providing creative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, managing project budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and other professionals, conducting site visits and inspections, and ensuring that all relevant regulations and codes are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software is required.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
