Senior Architect at Remish, Egypt


We are currently seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in Remish, Egypt. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Egypt
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preference:
We prefer candidates who are Egyptian nationals or have experience working on architectural projects in Egypt. Fluency in English is also preferred.
