Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Acre. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs meet specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plan and within safety regulations
- Manage project budget and expenses, identifying potential cost savings opportunities
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in a construction project
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
