Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager in the city of Acre, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals, maintaining project schedules, and managing resources effectively.

Key Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Minimum salary of 1600$
- Experience in construction management is not required but preferred
- Must be able to secure own visa if necessary
- Accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project schedules and closely monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Manage resources effectively to stay within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members regularly to provide updates on project status
- Prepare reports on project progress for upper management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience in construction management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with construction laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1600$ per month
