Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Wiltz. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, accommodation provided, and preference for women candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality and safety standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Hire and manage on-site construction teams
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
