Construction Project Manager for Canadian Construction Company in Wiltz, Luxembourg

We are a leading Canadian construction company with a strong presence in Wiltz, Luxembourg. Our company specializes in high-end residential and commercial projects and we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Procore)
- Valid driver's license
