Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks within our facilities. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and basic equipment repairs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation. Students with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with job orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, or equipment repairs
- Inspect facilities regularly for safety hazards and report any issues immediately
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Complete all tasks efficiently and within designated time frames

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and basic equipment repairs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for logging work orders and tracking inventory
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
