Experienced Plasterer

A well-established construction company in Kaunas is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in plastering and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and filling in cracks
- Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using various techniques
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure an even surface
- Mix and apply different types of plaster, including cement, lime, and gypsum
- Install metal corners and moldings as needed
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster surfaces
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastering
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Must be able to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
