As a Senior Architect - Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your main role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of architects and coordinating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects to ensure successful project completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review designs and provide feedback to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management roles
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
