Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Create and implement menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect seasonal changes.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns regarding food preparation or dietary restrictions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or resort setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record of creating successful menus and managing kitchen operations effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and techniques in food preparation.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
