Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project design and development from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Create project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Work closely with contractors to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
