Architecture Manager


We are in need of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. A biometric passport is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve design drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Provide guidance and direction to project team members
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services needed for projects
- Prepare progress reports for clients and upper management
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
