Senior Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative and sustainable designs that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing mentorship and guidance as needed
- Develop project proposals, including budget, timeline, and scope of work
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and measurements to gather necessary information for design development
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD or other design software
- Oversee the production of construction documents and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct quality control checks on all project deliverables before final submission
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and contractors
- In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality architectural projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

1200$ per month
