Junior Barista


Are you a student looking to kickstart your career in the coffee industry? Look no further! Our café in Bergen is currently seeking a Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You will also assist with daily tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

No experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about coffee and has excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced baristas and gain valuable skills in the art of coffee making. You will also have the chance to interact with our diverse customer base and create memorable experiences for them through your exceptional coffee-making skills.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and has a positive attitude. As this is a fast-paced environment, you must be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, being a team player is crucial as you will be working closely with other baristas and staff members.
