Information Technology Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Information Technology Manager to join our growing team in Izhevsk, Russia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all technology systems.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary upgrades or modifications.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of new hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to employees on all IT-related matters.
- Keep abreast of new developments in information technology and make recommendations for updates or improvements to existing systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols.
- Experience with server administration, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills would be an asset).
