Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for leading and mentoring a team? We are currently seeking a Teamlead for our hotel in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Requirements:

- Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Train new team members on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction through surveys and handle any complaints or issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events, promotions, and special guest requests
- Maintain inventory control of supplies and equipment for the hotel
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to management
