IT Support Technician

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in the Faro area. They will serve as the first point of contact for any computer-related issues and will troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, as they will need to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems as needed
- Train end-users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Keep accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Must have a biometric passport
- Must be eligible to work in Portugal

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
