Computer Support Specialist - Faro, Portugal

As a Computer Support Specialist in Faro, Portugal, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of computer systems and software. This includes troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining system security. You will also be expected to provide training to users on new technologies and assist with the development of solutions for technical problems. This is a contract position that requires prior experience in a similar role. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to users of computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware and software
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Maintain system security by implementing necessary updates and security protocols
- Train users on new technologies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for technical problems

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Experience with installing and configuring hardware and software
- Familiarity with system security protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faro, Portugal (must be willing to work on-site)

Employment Type: Contract (3 months minimum)
