Entry-Level Baker

We are in search of an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Baker to join our team in Oslo. As an entry-level baker, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and production of baked goods, adhering to recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and producing a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and ensure all products meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with decorating cakes and pastries as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a passion for baking is a must
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
