We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious pastries and desserts. They should have experience working in a professional kitchen, and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to our menu specifications. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining food safety standards, and training junior pastry chefs. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their skills and contribute to the success of our pastry department.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts according to menu specifications
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create new menu items
- Keep track of equipment maintenance schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
- Passion for baking and creating new recipes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Fluent English language skills (Arabic language skills are an asset)

Salary:
1100$ per month (tax-free) plus benefits including accommodation allowance, health insurance, and annual flight allowance.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English.
