Part-Time Barista


We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Part-Time Barista to join our team at a bustling café in Al-Malikiyah. As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking for a part-time job. Own visa holders are preferred but not required.

Salary: 1600$ per month (based on experience)
Working Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule
Location: Al-Malikiyah

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required (training will be provided)
- Must have excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must have own visa or sponsorship available
