Land Surveyor - Contract Position (Plovdiv, Bulgaria)



We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor for a contract position in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This position is suitable for men and does not require previous experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of land surveying techniques.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of structures, and topographical features. You will also be responsible for analyzing survey data and creating detailed maps and reports. This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve some physical labor.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and legal documents
- Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:

- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of structures, and topographical features
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels to collect data
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects
- Prepare legal descriptions of property boundaries for deeds, leases or other legal documents
- Ensure accuracy of all survey data collected

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
