Seasonal Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Seasonal Concierge at our luxury resort in Eschen. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and stress-free. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, activities, and events
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area
- Keep track of guest preferences to enhance their overall experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
