Contract Architectural Technologist - US

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in the US. As an Architectural Technologist, you will use your knowledge of building design and construction to assist in the planning, design, and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to collect data and measurements for project planning and design
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet project requirements and regulations
- Prepare detailed technical specifications for materials, equipment, and construction methods
- Review contractor bids and proposals to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure designs are compliant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building design principles
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position without accommodation. The salary for this role is $1200 per week.
