Architectural Technologist - US

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for using your technical and creative skills to assist in the design, development, and construction of buildings and structures in the United States. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create detailed drawings and plans that meet building codes and regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and gather necessary information
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Use your creativity to find innovative solutions for design challenges

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in the United States
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with construction processes and materials

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This position is located in the United States. US citizenship or valid work permit is preferred but not required.
