Architectural Technologist

We are currently hiring for the position of Architectural Technologist in the US. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate and meet building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for drawings
- Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and material lists
- Review plans to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to clarify project details
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
