As a Fitter in our team, you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of various mechanical systems and equipment. Working in Bergen, Norway, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and repairing machinery and structures according to technical specifications.

Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials, troubleshooting issues with machinery, and adhering to safety protocols at all times. You may also be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of mechanical principles and excellent manual dexterity. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, as well as previous experience in a similar position.
