Junior Web Developer

As a Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites from layout to function. You will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. You will also be involved in maintaining and updating existing websites, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. This role requires a strong understanding of web development principles and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities
- Design, code and modify websites from layout to function using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development tools.
- Create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the website meets their aesthetic vision.
- Maintain and update existing websites by making changes or adding new features.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with the website's functionality.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize site performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards are maintained.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of SEO principles to ensure website optimization for search engines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Aalborg, Denmark (candidates must have valid work permit)
