Job Title: Senior Commercial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Odense. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial architectural projects, from concept development to construction completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process for commercial architectural projects, including creating initial concept sketches, developing detailed plans and drawings, and selecting materials and finishes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Work closely with engineers to ensure that designs are structurally sound
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee the production of construction documents
- Review contractor bids and select the most suitable contractors for each project
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure that projects are being built according to plans
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
