Waiter/Waitress in Salalah (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are currently seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a waiter/waitress
- Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of different types of food and beverages
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly
- Check-in with customers to ensure satisfaction with each course and take action to correct any issues
- Remove dirty dishes and glasses, and refill water glasses
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with cleaning duties as needed
