Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Salalah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Monitor tables to ensure that guests have everything they need
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Salalah

Salary: 1200$ per month
