Plasterboard Worker

Our construction company in Clairvaux is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with plasterboard and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard according to blueprints or instructions
- Prepare surfaces for plasterboard installation by removing old materials, repairing cracks, and applying sealant
- Use hand and power tools to secure plasterboard to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Smooth out seams and edges of plasterboard using joint compound
- Sand down rough areas and apply finishing coats of plaster or paint
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with plasterboard in a professional setting
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Experience using hand and power tools safely
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and building codes
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience working on both residential and commercial projects
- Possess a valid biometric passport
- Are able to speak English fluently (not required but preferred)
