Senior Developer (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a senior level developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our applications and to continuously improve their performance.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing software solutions based on client requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new features and enhance existing ones
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues in a timely manner
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback for improvements
- Implementing best practices for software development, including testing, documentation, and version control
- Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: $1600 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, 1-year contract (with potential for extension)
