Carpenter Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of carpenters in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a carpenter supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the construction of various projects, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and instruction, and monitoring progress
- Interpret project plans and ensure accurate measurements and cuts are made
- Inspect work in progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
- Coordinate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Keep track of materials used and order supplies as needed
- Train new employees on carpentry techniques and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or carpenter supervisor
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
- Good communication skills to effectively lead a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia (open to candidates from other nationalities)

Contract: This is a contract position.
