As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with their shopping needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, folding clothing, and arranging displays
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Provide helpful product information to customers and make recommendations based on their needs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Jeddah
