We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Our ideal candidate should have previous retail sales experience and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling techniques
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
