Entry-Level Barista


We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Barista in Bansko. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea-based drinks, as well as assisting with the daily operations of the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea-based drinks according to customer preferences
- Ensure high quality standards for all beverages served
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Salary:
Starting salary is $1200 per month.
