We are a popular coffee shop located in the charming city of Bansko, Bulgaria. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an English-speaking individual, including Indians, with no experience required.

As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This includes taking orders, operating the coffee machine, and ensuring that all drinks are made according to our standards.

We are looking for someone who has a strong passion for coffee and customer service. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor towards customers. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for ensuring each drink is made correctly and presented beautifully.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Operate the coffee machine with precision
- Ensure all drinks are made according to our standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Must have legal authorization to work in Bulgaria

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. We also provide training opportunities for career growth within our company.
