We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays and promotions in retail stores to maximize sales and customer interest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
- Create eye-catching product displays that effectively showcase products and attract customers.
- Ensure proper stock levels by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Negotiate shelf space and placement with store managers to optimize visibility.
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Utilize sales data to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is an asset but not required.
