We are a construction company in Nakuru, seeking a skilled and experienced Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes and shaping metal materials according to project specifications. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in metal fabrication and be able to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punching machines to punch holes in metal materials
- Use tools such as hammers, pliers, and wrenches to shape and bend metal
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Follow instructions from supervisors or project managers
- Ensure the quality of work meets project specifications
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Puncher or in metal fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools for shaping and bending metal
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English. This is not a strict requirement but it would be an added advantage.
