Job Title: Part-Time Team Lead in Greenland



As a Part-Time Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of employees to achieve company objectives and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate, train, and supervise team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor daily performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Collaborate with other team leads to ensure consistency in processes and procedures
- Communicate expectations, goals, and changes to the team in a clear and effective manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues that require escalation
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Assist with creating work schedules and ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions taken if necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a customer service or retail environment is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of local language is an asset)
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office applications
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Greenland. Preference will be given to eligible candidates who are currently residing in Greenland.
