Team Lead - Arctic Adventure Tours (Greenland)



As a Team Lead for Arctic Adventure Tours in Greenland, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of adventure guides and ensuring the smooth operation of our tours. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of adventure guides, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional performance
- Oversee the daily operations of our tours, including logistics, safety procedures, and guest satisfaction
- Communicate with guests to understand their needs and ensure a seamless experience
- Train new guides and provide ongoing development for current team members
- Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during tours in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain equipment inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the tourism or outdoor recreation industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of Greenlandic or Danish is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and dog sledding
- Familiarity with outdoor safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
