Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as an Infrastructure Development Specialist. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining various infrastructure projects in the city of Chelyabinsk. Your role will involve working closely with other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet all necessary safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, water systems, and buildings
- Conduct site inspections to gather data and assess project needs
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to develop cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards
- Oversee construction activities and provide guidance to contractors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or infrastructure development
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)

Salary: 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
