Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to project plans
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to plan design concepts and produce construction documents
- Review and approve project proposals, contracts, and change orders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and addressing any budget overruns
- Ensure that all legal requirements, building codes, safety regulations, and other specifications are met throughout the construction process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

This is a full-time position based in Chelyabinsk. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Candidates must have a valid work permit for Russia.
